Banca Colonial Grande

Featured in our Living Room Catalog, the Banca Colonial Grande is a new and freshly designed old door bench. Made from solid old wood, this piece is unique in the sense that it features two old doors, one as the seat and one as the backrest. As these doors are finished in a dark stain, the contrasting color tones of the woods not only grab your attention, but also give off a rustic feel. Giving off an even more rustic feel, the door that has been refurbished into the seat of this bench features a once-used speakeasy and keyhole. Bringing in elements of Colonial style, the top and bottom edges of this bench features hand carved arched designs. Finishing off the Banca Colonial Grande, we have added hand pounded iron clavos to the arms and posts, for an extra touch of Spanish style.
